The LINQ Hotel + Promenade seems to have a problem keeping their Restaurants open (and they don’t need another Sports Bar!)

I want this to succeed, so if LINQ can have a space for Guy Fieri and Gordon Ramsay … they can make space for Buddy Valastro not with the Food Truck but a Diner, or a Deli (please succeed where Canter’s failed miserably! please fill that void left when The Mirage closed Carnegie Deli!)

I had the pleasure of dinning at The Venetian not long after you opened.
I’d travelled from Brisbane ,Australia for the experience.
You did not dissapoint me unlike Gordon Ramsay London Bar and Grill.
Can’t wait to come back and try your new eating establishments.
I remember the chandelier s being made of cake whisks…..awesome experience..Thankyou so much.

Because people go to food trucks for the paint job, the roar of the generator, the lack of handwashing sinks, and eat-while-standing and swatting bugs convenience. Right? I admit it is a great way for Caesar’s to land a kick in the gut to the real street-food guy who is prohibited from parking an actual food truck or push cart on LV Blvd. It’s ok for resorts to flaunt and pretend, but this concept misses the entire business model of a food truck.
